Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. The 'closed bus stop' project, initiated by Memduh Büyükkılıç so that the passengers waiting for the public transportation vehicles at the stops can use the transportation services more comfortably and safely, attracts the attention of the citizens.

While it is aimed to protect citizens from adverse weather conditions with the latest technological closed stops established at public transport transfer stops, closed stops with WC as well as heating system, charging units, internet facilities are welcomed by the citizens.
Expressing his satisfaction with the services provided by the Metropolitan Municipality, a citizen said, “As you know, there is public transportation with transfer stations throughout Turkey, but there is also quality service, of course. We thank our municipality as much as we can. This is how quality service is provided. Heated waiting rooms with sensors, cameras, security systems were built. We are satisfied, when we ask if it can be better than this, of course it may be good, but we are satisfied with our municipality. We thank them very much for everything.”
Another citizen using the closed stop said that they waited in the closed stop in a warm environment until the departure time of the bus and thanked the Metropolitan Municipality for the service provided.
