Guarantee Fee to be Paid for Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge Has Been Determined

The fee to be paid within the scope of the passage guarantee on the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge has been determined. A payment of 2.3 billion TL will be made this week. In total, 4.5 billion TL will be paid.

The fee to be paid for the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which was built with the Build-Operate-Transfer model of the AK Party government and whose fee is still out of the pocket of the citizens due to the pass guarantee, has been determined.

In the second half of 2021, a guarantee payment of 146 billion TL will be made to the operator IC İçtaş İnşaat – Astaldi consortium ICA, on Thursday or Friday, as the predicted number of vehicles did not pass through the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge (the 2.3-kilometer section of the highway).

For the first half of 2021, a payment of more than 2 billion TL was made last July.

For 2021, a total of 4.4 billion TL will be paid to ICA under the guarantee.
