Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya announced that private vehicles in Istanbul will not go to traffic until 13:00 due to the continuing adverse weather conditions.
Yerlikaya made the following statements in his post on his Twitter account:
“According to the latest meteorological reports, adverse weather conditions continue in our province. Until 13.00 today; Private vehicles other than public transportation and duty vehicles will not be allowed to enter the traffic.”
