Kaşüstü Junction Underpass Bridge, built in Trabzon, was put into service on Sunday, January 30, with the public opening ceremony attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu, Ministers and General Manager Abdulkadir Uraloğlu as well as deputies, bureaucrats and many citizens attended the ceremony.

We increased the length of the divided road to 267 kilometers. You are already using 28 km of 14.5 km Kanuni Boulevard Road. We equip the city crossing with tunnels and bridges. We bring together maximum comfortable travel. 20 of our projects continue on the highway. We will finish them all one by one. We will implement every project that the people of Trabzon deserve.”
“Safe and Comfortable Transportation Service Will Be Provided to Drivers”
With the Kaşüstü Junction Underpass Bridge, it is aimed to raise the transportation standard at the Yomra crossing of the Black Sea Coastal Road. With the underpass bridge and junction arrangement, the negative impact of Yomra urban traffic load on the highway will be prevented, and the transit pass will be made healthier and faster. Safe and comfortable transportation service will be provided to drivers by establishing life and property safety on the road.
With the road construction work to be carried out in Konaklar-Pelitli-Yalıncak location, Karadeniz Technical University Training and Research Hospital and Kanuni Training and Research Hospital will be connected to each other and an alternative route to the Black Sea Coastal Road will be created.
