Istanbul passengers, who stayed at Bursa Terminal last night after the restriction imposed on the entrance and exit of the city due to the snowfall that paralyzed life in Istanbul, were placed in student dormitories with the organization of the Bursa Governor's Office and the Metropolitan Municipality.

Thanks to the timely measures taken by the Metropolitan Municipality and the uninterrupted efforts of the teams to combat snow, there was no problem in transportation throughout Bursa, while the traces of the snow captivity in Istanbul extended to Bursa. While restrictions were imposed on entry and exit from outside the city to Istanbul, where transportation was paralyzed due to heavy snowfall, Bursa was the obligatory stop for those who set out to go to Istanbul from the surrounding provinces. Bursa Governorship and Metropolitan Municipality came to the aid of Istanbul buses passengers staying at the Metropolitan Municipality Intercity Bus Terminal.

As a result of the organization, approximately 650 Istanbul passengers staying at the terminal were placed in the dormitories of the Credit and Hostels Institution. Citizens taken from the terminal by municipal buses were placed in dormitories where they would spend the night.
