Travel agents working with the Amadeus system will be able to access Emirates content free of charge, paving the way for the integration of Emirates' future NDC content.
Emirates marks another milestone in its journey to offer travel agents greater flexibility in terms of channels and commercial models to access the company's content and future NDC system.
Emirates has signed a new agreement expanding its partnership with Amadeus to offer travel agents greater flexibility, choice and easy access to future-proof content.
From 1 February 2022, all commercial partners at Amadeus will have free access to Emirates content.
Under the new agreement, Emirates' NDC (new delivery system) content will also be integrated into the Amadeus Travel Platform, and NDC content will be available to agents throughout 2022.

In today's conditions, and especially with the post-pandemic recovery of the industry, everyone in the travel services chain will benefit from flexible interaction models, multiple tools to access dynamic and rich content, and our ability to offer differentiated products and services.”
Decius Valmorbida, Head of Travel at Amadeus, said: “This renewal agreement represents an important milestone in our distribution strategy and ongoing retail journey. With this new agreement with Emirates, we are reaffirming our commitment to 2022 by building on our decades-long journey to support modern retail and continuing to deliver more travel content worldwide and on a larger scale through the Amadeus Travel Platform.”
Serving a dynamic market, Emirates aims to offer its business partners a selection of connectivity options, differentiated products and benefits, also available through its NDC powered direct connectivity platform, the Emirates Gateway.
