The procurement of electricity from the Free Market within the scope of the Last Resource Supply Tariff (SKTT) for Traction Transformer Substations will be tendered with open tender method in accordance with the 4734th article of the Public Procurement Law No. 19, and the bids will be received only in electronic environment through EKAP. 2-Procurement of goods
a) Name: Electricity purchase from the Free Market within the scope of the Last Resource Supply Tariff for Tractor Transformer Substations (SKTT)
b) Quality, type and quantity:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7. and 8th (YHT) Regional Directorates, 623.519.770 kWh electrical energy will be purchased.
Detailed information can be obtained from the administrative specification contained in the tender document in EKAP.
c) Place to be made/delivered: It will be delivered to Traction Transformer Centers in the relevant Regional Directorates of TCDD.
ç) Duration/delivery date: The Duration of the Work is 12 months. Considering the registration process periods of the installations to EPİAŞ as required by the legislation, it will start in the first commencement period as of the end of the existing contracts of the Administration (31 March 2022). EPİAŞ registration and starting work period shall not exceed 30 calendar days starting from the contract signing date. In the event that the contractor cannot supply energy within the specified time, the energy will be supplied from the existing Distribution Company and the difference will be paid to the administration within 10 working days following the written notification by the contractor.
d) Starting date of work: The work will start after the signing of the contract.
