While 55 billion liras was transferred from the budget to the State Economic Enterprises (SOEs) under the lending item in December, the Petroleum Pipelines Corporation (BOTAŞ) received the highest share with 40 billion liras, while the second highest share was 20,7 billion liras. The third highest share of TCDD was received by Elektrik Üretim AŞ with 9.5 billion liras.

20,7 BILLION LIRA TO TCDD
5.14 billion liras was transferred to the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) this year, 20.7 billion liras of which was in December.
According to the data, 9.5 billion transfers were made to Elektrik Üretim AŞ in 2021, 11.5 billion liras of which was in December. A total of 3 billion liras was transferred to Eximbank in 2021, 3.1 billion liras of which was in December.
With the Income Tax Law and the law envisaging changes in some laws, the President was given the opportunity to use the amount of income obtained above the budget estimate this year as an appropriation without the need for an additional budget.
