In addition to these rates, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced additional hikes to civil servants and retirees. In his statement, Erdoğan stated that the total increase to be made for civil servants will be 30.5 percent, and the minimum pension has been increased from 1500 TL to 2500 TL.
The salaries of civil servants would be increased by the inflation difference in the second half of 2021 and a 5 percent collective bargaining increase. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced that the family allowance of the civil servant whose spouse does not work will be increased to 521 liras, the child benefit under the age of 6 will be increased to 115 lira, and the child benefit over the age of 6 will be increased to 57 lira.
In July, the salaries of civil servants will be increased by 7 percent with a collective agreement increase, and if the inflation in the January-June period exceeds 7.5 percent, the difference will be increased.
With the increase in civil servant salaries, the lowest civil servant salary will increase from 4 thousand 880 lira to 6 thousand 368 lira, and the lowest retired civil servant salary will increase from 3 thousand 276 lira to 4 thousand 275 lira.
The additional increase in civil servant salaries will be implemented with the protocol to be added to the collective agreement signed with OFFICER SESM in August. In addition, no legal regulation will be required.

MINIMUM RETIREMENT MONEY WILL BE 2500 TL
President Erdoğan announced that they have increased the lowest pension to 1500 liras, which was initially increased to a thousand liras and was increased to 2500 liras last year. If the improvement had not been made, the lowest monthly salary would have increased from 2000 lira to 627 thousand 2 lira for SSK members who retired after 41, from 913 thousand 2 liras to 399 thousand 802 liras for tradesmen BAĞ-KUR, and from 2 thousand 262 lira to 2000 thousand 2 liras for agricultural BAĞ-KUR members. .
