Two female ministers of Turkish origin will serve in the 4-party coalition government formed under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Mark Rutte in the Netherlands.

Liberal right-leaning Freedom and Democracy Party (VVD) Deputy Dilan Yeşilgöz Zegerius will be the new Minister of Security and Justice of the Netherlands.

Günay Uslu, a member of the Democrats 66 Party (D66), will be the minister of state responsible for culture and media.

Following the general elections held on 17 March in the Netherlands, the ministers to take part in the coalition government, which was decided to be formed after 271 days of negotiations, have been finalized.

Mark Rutte will sit in the prime minister's seat for the 4th time, and there will be 28 ministers in the government. Apart from Rutte, the cabinet will consist of 14 female and 14 male members.
