With the decision of the Official Gazette signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Nureddin Nebati was appointed as the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, which was vacated by Lütfi Elvan, who requested his pardon and was accepted. Nebati had been serving as the Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance for a while.
Treasury and Finance Minister Lütfi Elvan resigned. Nureddin Nebati, the Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance, who is known for his closeness to Berat Albayrak, Erdoğan's son-in-law and former Minister of Treasury and Finance, was appointed to replace Lütfi Elvan.

Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati made the first statement on his Twitter account. Minister Nabati said, “My Lord, make it easy, do not make it difficult, my Lord, make it good. Give us truth in our work, make us successful. May my Lord grant me the ability to carry out the duty of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, which our President deems me worthy, and to be worthy of the trust he has shown in us, I hope."
WHO IS NUREDDIN NEBATI?
Nureddin Nebati was born on January 1, 1964 in Viranşehir, Şanlıurfa. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration. He completed his master's degree in International Relations at the Social Sciences Institute of the same university. He received his PhD in Political Science and Public Administration from Kocaeli University, Institute of Social Sciences.
He was engaged in the textile business, operated a fuel station. He was a member of MUSIAD Headquarters Board of Directors and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) Disciplinary Board. Nebati, who is still a member of the MUSIAD High Advisory Board, has memberships in the Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences Alumni Foundation and Association, Science Dissemination Society, Ensar, TÜGVA, Önder, Utesav.
