TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards Announced

TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Encouragement awards given to scientists who have contributed to science with their research have been announced. Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank said, "We are always with the academy with the science centers we have established, the fairs and competitions we organize, the scholarships we provide, and the innovative programs we create." said.

The TÜBİTAK - TÜBA Science Awards Ceremony will be held at the Presidential Complex on December 3 for the scientists who are entitled to 14 science and 28 incentive awards. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will present the awards to successful scientists at the ceremony.

Minister Varank attended TÜBİTAK 5th National Polar Sciences Workshop. Making a speech at the workshop at Gebze Technical University Congress and Culture Center, Minister Varank announced the winners of the 2021 TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards.

IT IS NOT A POLAR RESEARCH

Speaking at the TÜBİTAK 5th National Polar Sciences Workshop, Minister Varank underlined that Turkey's support to the science, R&D and innovation ecosystem is not limited to polar research, and said, "We are always with the science centers we have established, the fairs and competitions we organize, the scholarships we provide, and the innovative programs we create. We stand by the academy.” said.

AWARD CEREMONY AT THE COMPLEX

Minister Varank stated that they have completed the evaluation of 2021 for the TÜBİTAK Science, Special Service and Incentive Awards and announced the award recipients. Congratulating the award-winning scientists, Varank said, “Our professors will receive their awards from the hands of our President in person at the ceremony to be held at the Presidential Complex on December 28.” said.
