EXAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Being a Turkish citizen, without prejudice to the provisions of the Law No. 2527 on the Freedom of Profession and Arts of Foreigners of Turkish Noble, and Employment in Public, Private Institutions or Workplaces.
1.2. APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND TIME
2.1. Candidates can submit their applications between 15 December (09:30) - 24 December 2021 (23:59) on the e-Government website of the National Palaces Administration/Career Gate-Public Recruitment and Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). will do so electronically.
2.2. The requests of candidates who do not apply through the website of the Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will not be considered.
2.3. Applications that do not comply with the principles set forth in this announcement, by mail, by fax or in person, will not be accepted.
2.4. There will be no change in the application information of the candidate for any reason after the application ends.
2.5. Candidates will be able to apply for only one of the contracted personnel and worker positions announced by the Presidency.
2.6. The candidate himself will be responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in the announcement.
2.7. Candidates who have at least primary school graduates, have a certificate of apprenticeship, journeyman, mastery or professional competence related to their profession, and meet the other conditions specified in the annex table can apply for the exam. However, a document requirement is not sought for candidates who have graduated from vocational high schools, vocational and technical high schools or related branches/departments of vocational schools.
2.8. Candidates are required to upload one of the apprenticeship, journeyman, mastery or professional qualification documents issued by the relevant institutions and organizations related to their profession, in pdf or jpeg format, via e-Government.
2.9. Candidates who have applied for the entrance exam as graduates of the branches/departments related to the relevant profession at the level of "vocational high school", "vocational and technical high school" or "associate degree", who do not receive their graduation information via e-Government, must mark the relevant box in the application form and enter their updated information manually, They must also upload the diploma sample or graduation documents in pdf format via e-Government.
2.10. Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and who have equivalency in education related to the professions included in the advertisement should upload their "Equivalence Documents" in pdf or jpeg format via e-Government instead of diploma or graduation certificate.
2.11. Military service information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense on e-Government.
2.12. Candidates who are required to have experience in the relevant profession for application, in order to certify this situation, "SGK Registration and Service Statement" to be obtained by creating a barcode document via e-Government or a work document approved with a wet signature and stamp to be obtained from the relevant institution / organization and / or professional chamber. They must be uploaded via e-Government in pdf or jpeg format.
