National Palaces Administration 203 contracted personnel recruitment announcement has been published. Public Personnel Recruitment will be made with at least 60 KPSS graduates from High School, Associate Degree and Undergraduate.
According to the additional article 657 of the "Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 4 and numbered 06.06.1978/7, to be employed within the scope of Article 15754/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 2 in the Presidency of the National Palaces Administration. Contracted personnel will be recruited for 203 vacancies whose application special conditions are specified in the table below.

General conditions:
2.1. Having special application conditions,
2.2. To have the conditions specified in the sub-clauses (657), (48), (1), (4) and (5) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Law No. 7.
2.3. To have completed the age of 18.
2.4. Being positive as a result of security investigation and archive research.
2.5. Not being entitled to a pension, old-age or invalidity pension from any social security institution.
2.6. Not being dismissed or dismissed while working in any public institution.
2.7. In terms of military status; not to be involved in military service, not to be of military age, or to have done active military service if he has reached the age of military service, or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class.
2.8. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
2.9. Candidates will be able to apply for only one of the contracted personnel and worker positions announced by the Presidency.
2.10. In the event that the contract is terminated by the institutions or unilaterally terminated the contract within the contract period, while he is working in the position of contracted personnel within the scope of Article 657/B of the Law No. 4, with the exception of the exceptions specified in Annex 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, due to the fact that he acts in violation of the principles of the service contract. Contracted personnel of public institutions and organizations cannot be re-employed unless one year has elapsed from the date of their employment.
2.11. To have a KPSS score of 2020 (sixty) or more from the Public Personnel Selection Exam held by ÖSYM in 2021 and 3, from the KPSSP (93) for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP (94) for associate degree graduates, and KPSS (60) for secondary education graduates.
2.12. KPSS score requirement is not required for Technician (Hand Decor), Technician (Ceramic Model Mold), Other Technical Service Personnel (Hand Decor) and Support Personnel (Driver).
APPLICATION DURATION, PLACE AND FORM
3.1. Applications will start at 15 am on 2021 December 9.30 and end at 24 on 2021 December 23.59.
3.2. Applications will be made electronically via e-Government, on the website of the National Palaces Administration Career Gate, Public Recruitment and Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr), using the e-Government password.
3.3. The requests of candidates who do not apply through the website of the Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will not be considered, and applications made in person, by courier or by mail will not be accepted.
3.4. The graduation information of the candidates who will apply for the entrance exam is automatically received via e-Government. Candidates who have errors/incompleteness in their information, or whose graduation information does not come automatically, will manually enter their current application information and upload their approved diploma sample or graduation documents in pdf format via E-Government.
3.5. Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and have an equivalence regarding the education level sought in this announcement should upload their equivalence documents to the system in pdf or jpeg format instead of diploma or graduation certificate.
3.6. Military service information of male candidates comes automatically from the Ministry of National Defense on e-Government.
3.7. Candidates whose contracts are terminated by their institutions or whose contract is terminated unilaterally while they are working full-time in 4/B contracted personnel positions in public institutions and organizations, in order to certify that they have completed the one-year waiting period, must submit the approved service document obtained from their former institutions in pdf format, via e-Government at the time of application. they need to be installed.
3.8. Any application that does not show "Your transaction has been successfully completed..." on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform will not be considered. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed.
3.9. The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues stated in this announcement, and uploading the requested documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.
3.10. Candidates; They will also upload the required documents related to the experience in pdf format via e-Government.
3.11. Candidates applying for the Protection and Security Officer position are required to upload their Armed Security Identity Card or Armed Private Security Personnel Certificate or the relevant official documents when they apply to the relevant institutions for these documents, via e-Government at the time of application. From the candidates who do not have an Armed Security Identity Card at the time of application, the appointment procedures of those who cannot present the Armed Security Identity Card within the submission period will not be carried out, and the appointments of those who have been appointed will be cancelled.
3.12. Candidates applying for the analyst position are required to upload their documents regarding their knowledge of at least two of the programming languages C-SHARP (ASP.NET, MVC), MS-SQL, JAVA, via e-Government at the time of application.
3.13. Candidates who successfully complete their applications will be able to print out "Application Information" after completing the application process.
