Teleperformance CHRO Zühre Aydan Ayaz was among Turkey's 50 Most Admired CHROs and was also selected as the Most Admired Gold Leader. The winners of the Golden Leader Awards 2021, one of the most prestigious leadership awards in Turkey, were determined by the single votes of more than 35 thousand employees.

The Golden Leader Awards 2021, one of Turkey's most prestigious leadership awards, found their owners. Teleperformance Turkey, which was selected among the best employers by the employees six times in a year, including the success of being on the "World's 2021 Best Workplaces" list in 25, this time carried its success to the leadership awards. Teleperformance Turkey Executive Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) Zühre Aydan Ayaz was among Turkey's 50 Most Admired CHROs and was selected as Turkey's Gold Leader.

Organized by KREA MICE, the “Golden Leader Awards” were determined with the participation of more than 35 thousand employees through transparent voting, which can be attended by every individual working in the business world in Turkey. Teleperformance Turkey CHRO Zühre Aydan Ayaz became one of Turkey's 50 Most Admired Human Resources Leaders, with a significant number of votes, in the survey in which Turkey's 50 Most Admired CHROs were determined.

The first of the award ceremonies, which draw attention with its red carpet ceremonies, was held on 21 December 2021 at the Shangri-La Hotel Istanbul for Turkey's 50 Most Admired CHROs. Teleperformance Turkey CHRO Zühre Aydan Ayaz, who received her award in the organization, shared her thoughts as follows:

BEST EMPLOYER SELECTED SIX TIMES IN 2021

In 2021, Teleperformance managed to be included in the list of “The 25 Best Workplaces in the World”, most recently by Great Place to Work together with Fortune. With this award, it was registered as one of the best employers by the employees for the sixth time in a year. The company was first awarded the 'Great Place to Work' certification in February 2021, meeting the Great Place to Work Institute's 'Great workplace with a culture of high trust' criteria. Then, it entered the Best Workplaces list, which the institute determined among Great Place to Work certified companies in March 2021. In the same period, it was awarded the 'Best Employer' title with the loyalty score formed by the evaluation of its employees in the 'Kincentric Best Employers 2021' research of the world's leading management consultancy company Kincentric. Subsequently, it became the only company from its sector in Turkey to be included in the "Best Multinational Companies of 2021" list of the Great Place to Work Institute. In September of 2021, it became the only company from the sector to be included in the list of "Europe's Best Workplaces 2021".
