The Ministry of National Education has transferred all of its cultural publications to digital media. With the mobile application called "MEB Cultural Publications", which is offered free of charge, it is possible to access all of the works published under Teacher Writers, World Classics, World Literature, Turkish World, Turkish Classics, Turkish Literature, Oriental-Islamic Classics, Children's Publications and Educational Publications Series.

Within the scope of the 'No School Without Libraries' project, which was launched at the end of October, the Ministry launched a campaign to build libraries for all schools and built 3 new libraries in a month, and took another step to increase accessibility to publications.
All of the works published under the titles of Teacher Writers, World Classics, World Literature, Turkish World, Turkish Classics, Turkish Literature, Oriental-Islamic Classics, Children's Publications and Educational Publications Series were made accessible with a mobile application.
The mobile application called "MEB Culture Publications" can be accessed from the mobile markets of devices with Android and IOS operating systems.
Mentioning that the Ministry has published many works from past to present and that digital platforms are important for more people to access these works, Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer said, “We published the works both on our website and increased their accessibility with our 'MEB Culture Publications' mobile application. As we publish new works, we will continue to transfer them to the same applications. Therefore, we will continue to create and enrich digital libraries while trying to spread the culture of reading and research in our schools by establishing a library in every school.” said.
