Organized for the fifth time by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, the Izmir International Humor Festival ended with the "Comic Classical" concert performed by Efdal Altun, accompanied by the Hand in Hand Music Symphony Orchestra under the conductorship of İbrahim Yazıcı. In the night where music and humor were blended, the people of Izmir had their fill of laughter and art.
Organized for the fifth time this year in line with the vision of Izmir Metropolitan Mayor Tunç Soyer to make Izmir a city of culture and arts, the Izmir International Humor Festival ended with the "Comic Classic" event at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center (AASSM). The people of Izmir showed great interest in the “Komiklasik” concert by the viola artist Efdal Altun, who performed with the Hand in Hand Music Symphony Orchestra, conducted by İbrahim Yazıcı. Efdal Altun's performance, which combines music with humor, burst into laughter at the concert, where examples from world music were staged with an entertaining performance.
The festival, which was held at the Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center (AASSM) between 17-23 December, commemorated the masters of Turkish humor throughout the week, and brought a smile to the people of Izmir with colorful events.
