Independence Exhibition Meets Veterans

İzmir Metropolitan Municipality brought the relatives of veterans and martyrs from Ödemiş together at the “Independence Exhibition Towards the 100th Anniversary of the Great Victory” at the Kulturpark Atlas Pavilion.

Istiklal Exhibition, which was opened in Kulturpark Atlas Pavilion with the cooperation of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and Türkiye İş Bankası, hosted the relatives of veterans and martyrs. Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Tunç Soyer Finally, 40 veterans and relatives of martyrs in the Ödemiş Branch of the Turkish Combat Veterans Association attended the exhibition tour organized by the Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans Branch Directorate, which was established by the Relatives of Martyrs and Veterans to better serve the relatives of martyrs and veterans. Veterans and relatives of martyrs toured the “Independence Exhibition Towards the 100th Anniversary of the Great Victory”, from the National Struggle to the liberation of Izmir, with a guide. While the visitors immortalized the moments they lived by taking photos, emotional moments were also experienced.

Every Thursday, the relatives of veterans and martyrs will meet with the exhibition.

Communicating with associations all over the city, İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans Branch Office will continue to host the families of veterans and martyrs every Thursday until the end of the exhibition on September 9, 2022, in line with the planning.
