Imamoglu What Is Most Needed Reducing Unemployment

IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu, Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK's 'Maltepe Culinary Arts School', which was put into service on October 4th. Emphasizing that they started a profession-oriented process with the Institute Istanbul İSMEK, İmamoğlu said, “The most needed thing in today's economic conditions and economic problems is to reduce unemployment. I also wholeheartedly support the intense participation of women, especially women. I am someone who knows how a fully productive mother adds strength to the home and adds an identity to the child she raises. In that respect, the intense participation of working women, women who want to work here, also made me happy.”

IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu, Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK's Küçükyalı Aydınevler District, toured the “Culinary Arts School” with members of the press. Together with Maltepe Mayor Ali Kılıç and Institute Istanbul İSMEK Coordinator Canan Aratemur Çimen; Visiting pastry, kebab, world cuisine, coffee and baked goods classes, İmamoğlu was greeted by the students' cheers of "Ekrem President, oley". İmamoğlu, who drank the coffee offered to him and tasted the sushi, made his evaluation speech in the bakery products class.

“WE STARTED A PROFESSIONAL FOCUSED PROCESS WITH INSTITUTE ISTANBUL İSMEK”

Emphasizing that they started a profession-oriented process with the Institute Istanbul İSMEK and focused on this area, İmamoğlu said, “İSMEK already has a culture coming from such a past. In a way, it is our goal to train people in the areas needed and to ensure that people not only satisfy their talents here, but also have a job that will contribute to the home economy and budget. This is something very valuable for the welfare and happiness of society. Especially when we look at it from the point of view of men and women, the rate of women in production in cities is very low. And below what you deserve. Because one; women are already very productive. They do what they do very well. Latter; If the woman is not in production, it is not possible to talk about economic welfare in that house. This could be a wife, mother, or daughter in a household; it does not matter. The important thing is to enable them to acquire a profession along with education.”

“I HEARTLY SUPPORT ITS INTENSIVE FEMALE PARTICIPATION”

Saying, "The thing that is most needed in today's economic conditions and economic problems is to reduce unemployment," said İmamoğlu:

“At İSMEK, steps are taken regarding the professions demanded by our regional employment offices, the demands arising there, as well as the workforce as well as employers. Here, too, we have a 'School of Culinary Arts'. Good steps are being taken in our school, especially in the service sector. I see the names of some companies. Here, there is an area that these companies support as a product but also as a place. This shows that; When the students who come out of this place -which I can see with a smile on their faces, I can see that they are doing business in this place--it means that a business journey will begin after them when they achieve a good success here. With this aspect, I wish this new face of Enstitü Istanbul İSMEK to grow stronger and to have a profession with trainings and certificates that will create job opportunities for many of our people. I also wholeheartedly support the intense participation of women, especially women. Because as the child of a fully productive mother, I lived a life until I graduated from high school. I am someone who knows how a fully productive mother adds strength to the home and adds an identity to the child she raises. In this respect, the intense participation of working women, women who want to work here, made me happy as well. Good luck."
