d) Duration/delivery date: For Pos 1 Sincan West Railway Connection Lines Superstructure Works: 1st Lot: 15.000 units: 60 calendar days For Pos 2 Akhisar-Balıkesir position: 1st Lot: 57.000 units: 60 calendar days 2 units: 55.000 calendar days 60rd Lot: 3 units: 43.000 calendar days. After the positive completion of the procedures, the delivery places will be notified to the contractor by TCDD and the sleepers will be delivered by the contractor company to the delivery places specified by TCDD within 60 calendar days from the date following this notification. The transport of the sleepers to the stations at the construction site will be completed and recorded by TCDD personnel. This will be done in the same way for Pos 3, Pos 1 and Pos 35.000. (Unloading and stowage at the place of delivery belongs to the contractor.) Customs procedures for foreign bidders: (Excluding VAT) all costs, including customs duty, Resource Utilization Support Fund (KKDF) fee if incurred during customs clearance, tax, duty, charge, demurrage, storage and delivery order It will be delivered to the stations, which are the final place of delivery, after it is done by the Customs Consultancy to be determined by the Contractor, based on the authorization certificate to be given by the Administration in return for the goods, at the contractor's expense.
d) Starting date of work: The work will start after the signing of the contract.
