According to the "bag proposal" submitted by the AKP to the Parliament, the Qatari company QTerminals, which took over the Antalya Port for 140 million dollars, obtained the right to operate the port until 2047 with varying obligations.

According to the "bag proposal" submitted to the Assembly, the contract periods of the privatized Turkey Denizcilik İşletmeleri (TDİ) AŞ and TCDD's ports, which were 30, 36 and 39 years, will be completed to 49 years.

Companies that buy the ports will withdraw their lawsuits against the Privatization Administration, TDI and TCDD. In addition, additional contracts will be signed with companies. However, no new tender will be made. In the determination of the additional contract price, at least two institutions authorized to make valuation according to the Capital Market Law will be appointed as consultants.

In this context, there are 18 ports in total in Tekirdağ, Hopa, Giresun, Ordu, Sinop, Rize, Antalya, Marmaris, Alanya, Çeşme, Kuşadası, Trabzon, Dikili, Mersin, İskenderun, Derince, Samsun and Bandırma. Among these ports, the Qatari QTerminals company took over the Antalya Port for 140 million dollars. The port would be operated by the Qatari company until 2028. Now, with the law, this period will be extended for another 19 years. Thus, the company will be able to operate this port until 2047.

Properties and facilities will be transferred to TEİAŞ or TEDAŞ free of charge.

According to the news of Mustafa Çakır from Cumhuriyet, Properties and facilities registered in the title deed in the name of Etibank, TEK, Türkiye Elektrik Üretim Transmission AŞ and privatized electricity distribution companies, which are closed with another article in the offer, will be transferred to TEİAŞ or TEDAŞ free of charge, depending on their field of activity.

With the decision, preparations for privatization for public offering were initiated. These transactions are carried out by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and the Privatization Administration. In addition, Etibank also has facilities at the seaside. With the proposal, these facilities will be transferred either to TEDAŞ or to TEİAŞ, which will be privatized. With the AKP's proposal, the upper limit of the penalties to be given to those who stockpile will be increased from 500 thousand TL to 2 million TL. With the proposal, refineries will also be able to store LPG outside the refinery site.
