A total of 5 sea taxis, 50 of which are hybrid systems, will gradually serve in the waters of Istanbul.

If 10 people use it at the same time, the dolmus model can be applied in sea taxis. The opening fee will be 10 TL per person. For those who want to use the water taxi alone, according to the decision taken at the UKOME meeting held on September 30, the opening fee will be 100 TL. After a certain mile is exceeded, the fee per mile will be added. For example: Uskudar-Besiktas 100 TL, Kadıköy-Beylerbeyi 361 TL, Bostancı-Kınalı 257,5 TL, Büyükada-Heybeliada 112,8 TL, Büyükada-Maltepe trips will be 220 TL.
The tariffs per mile of water taxis are as follows:
- The opening fee including 1 mile is 100 TL,
- 1 TL per mile between 4-75 miles (including 4 miles),
- 4 TL per mile between 8-60 miles (including 8 miles),
- 8 TL per mile after 48 miles.
Sea taxis will operate 7 hours a day, 24 days a week.
