A total of 6 personnel, including 8 psychologists, 140 veterinarians, and 7 engineers, will be recruited for 5th-152th grade positions through an oral exam for the penitentiary institution and probation directorates serving under the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses. APPLICATION CONDITIONS
In accordance with the Civil Servants Law No. 657 and the Civil Servants Examination, Appointment and Transfer Regulations of the Ministry of Justice, candidates must meet the following conditions.
a) Being a Turkish Citizen,
b) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering property values arising from crime or smuggling,
c) For male candidates, not to have any military service, not to be of military age, to have done active military service if they are of military age, or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,
d) A positive result of the security investigation, (Security investigation and archive research will be carried out for candidates who are successful as a result of the oral exam.)
e) He/she does not have a mental illness or physical disability that may prevent him/her from performing his/her duty continuously; there are no strabismus, blindness, lameness, hearing loss, fixed facial features, limb deficiency, stuttering and similar obstacles; To document with a health board report they will receive from full-fledged State hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health, (Health board report will be requested from candidates who are successful as a result of the oral exam.)
Application Method and Duration
a) Candidates can submit their applications between 03.01.2022 and 17.01.2022 by e-Government by logging in via the Ministry of Justice – Career Gate Public Recruitment or Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) address, e-Government. They will do so by using the job application screen, which will be active on the state during the application date range. Applications submitted in person or by post will not be accepted.
b) Candidates will be able to apply for only one title among the announced positions.
c) Educational status of the candidates through the Higher Education Information System web services, 2020 KPSSP3 score; Measurement, Selection and Placement Center Presidency (ÖSYM) will be taken through web services. Since the education information in the Higher Education Information System will be taken into account at the application stage, candidates who do not have graduation information on the e-Government must update their graduation information, which is not on the e-Government, from the universities they graduated from, so that they do not experience victimization during the application. Candidates who apply with a different score type other than the KPSSP3 score type specified in the announcement will not be evaluated. Responsibility in this matter belongs to the candidate himself.
d) The information on the e-Government will be taken into account during the preliminary examination phase. Candidates who are exempt from military service are required to upload the certificate of exemption or the health board report, the document stating that they have been placed in the relevant program by ÖSYM for the candidates who graduated from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and the equivalence documents for the candidates who graduated from higher education institutions abroad. The originals of the documents uploaded to the system can be requested from the candidates when necessary.
e) After completing the application process, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated. Responsibility in this regard belongs to the applicant. If candidates want to cancel their applications, they can cancel their applications within the application period via e-Government or Career Gate.
f) Legal action will be taken against those who give false documents or make a declaration, and if their appointment is made, their appointment will be canceled and if a fee has been paid by the administration, this amount will be compensated with its legal interest.
