We delivered all kinds of personnel, tools and equipment needed to disaster areas in a very short time. We intervened immediately in the processes with institutional and professional approach and solutions during and after the disaster. From the first day of the disaster, we sent our teams to the roads affected by the disaster in Bartın, as in Sinop and Kastamonu. We quickly opened the damaged sections to traffic temporarily and ensured that all the needs of the region were fulfilled quickly by road transportation. After the river flow decreased at the point where the 33-meter-long Kumluca-2 Bridge was located, we built a 12-meter service road with 110 hours of work. Right after that, we built a 40-meter-long panel bridge and put the road into service on August 24.”
