Press release on the oral exam process for the assignment of a thousand teachers

As stated in the relevant legislation in the employment of contracted teachers, the applicants are ranked according to their KPSS score and take the oral exam conducted by the Ministry; Three times as many candidates as the number of positions to be recruited for each field are called. Candidates who score 60 and above in the oral exam are considered successful and have the right to choose to be appointed as a contracted teacher.

In the 11th article of the Regulation on Contract Teacher Employment, the subjects and weights of the oral exams are specified. Candidates can learn educational sciences and general culture, understanding and summarizing a subject, ability to express and reasoning; communication skills, self-confidence and persuasion; openness to scientific and technological developments; It is evaluated objectively in terms of its ability to represent in front of the community and its educational qualifications. The questions asked to the candidates in all exam centers are equivalent and prepared centrally. Oral exams are held objectively within the framework of the legislation, and there is no unfair practice against any teacher candidate.

In this context, teacher appointment oral exams were held between 12-27 November 2021, and the exam results were announced on 27 December 2021.

The objections of our teacher candidates regarding the oral exam results are stated in the appointment calendar, and the objections will be received between 03-07 January 2022 and will be finalized on 14 January 2022. Objections to the result will be carefully examined.
