In order to meet the need for quality roughage and hay, which is one of the most important needs of the livestock sector, and to use water resources efficiently, the distribution of certified feed seeds, which started in 2020, continues. A total of 95 thousand 2 kilograms of fodder seeds were distributed to 457 producers in Ödemiş, Tire and Bergama. Thus, planting will be done on an area of ​​2 decares in three districts. With the forage plant seed support provided, the producer will be able to both provide a part of the feed requirement and also be able to meet the seed needs to be used in the next planting.

Metropolitan Municipality distributed 2020 thousand 7 kilograms of forage plant seeds to the producer in Beydağ and Bergama, which were determined as pilot regions in 170, and planting was done on a thousand 100 decares of land. Thus, a total of 15 tons of seeds were distributed in two years, and climate-friendly forage crops were planted on an area of ​​2 decares.
