Career Training Days Organized by IMM Begins on 11 December

Career Training Days organized by IMM for the development of young people will start on 11 December. The trainings aiming to bring a brand new vision to the participants will be organized free of charge. In the programs where 2 thousand people apply; academicians, experts, private sector representatives will share their knowledge and experience for the development of young people.

Career Education Days, organized free of charge by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Youth and Sports Directorate, will start on Saturday, December 11, with the participation of university students and graduates. The trainings will be held at Bakırköy Cem Karaca Cultural Center on the European side and at Ümraniye Martyr District Governor M. Fatih Safitürk Cultural Center on the Anatolian Side at 13.00.

EDUCATORS FROM DIFFERENT SECTORS

Programs in which academics, representatives of the business, arts, education, sports and media worlds and private sector managers will participate as educators will be organized in order to increase the qualifications of the youth and contribute to their employment opportunities. In the first week of the training, in which 2 people are registered, experiences will be transferred to help young people improve their success in their student and business life.

FIRST COURSE JOB INTERVIEW

The first lesson of the European Side at the Career Education Days will begin with job interviews. Educator Writer Haluk Tatar will give information on "CV Preparation and Interview Techniques". Murat Saydam, Head of Corporate Communications Department at Bilgi University, will talk about "Being a Professional Student" and what needs to be done for a successful career. Corporate Education Specialist Dilek Tuğba Uz will also meet with the youth with the subject of “Emotional Resilience”.

On the Asian Side, Emir Kosif, Founder of The Brain Group, who was selected as the "Businessman of the Year" in 2020, will convey his knowledge and experience to the youth with the "4 wrongs lead to 1 right" training. Elegance, Image and Communication Specialist Ayça Kuru will attend the "Personal Work Label in Social Life, Image and Communication" training, the last guest of the Career Training Days is “Have You Ever Seen a Muse?” Academician and Opinion Writer Prof. Dr. Good luck West.
