In the Gölbaşı district of Adıyaman, the 2 wagons of the freight train, which could not take the bend, derailed. Train services stopped between Adıyaman and Malatya due to the accident. There is no dead nor injured in the accident.
According to the information obtained, the freight train going from Malatya direction to Adana direction could not take the bend at the tunnel entrance of Kumlu location, and the last two wagons derailed.
Adıyaman-Malatya train services were stopped due to the derailment of the wagons. The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) teams dispatched to the region started work.
After the works, it was stated that the train services will start again.
