A lottery was drawn for the "4th Stage Social Housing" built by KIPTAS, a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), in Silivri. We will cost the cheapest and bring together the best quality houses and people who really deserve it. In this context, İmamoğlu underlined that they grant some special rights to disadvantaged groups and health workers, and said:

KURT: “WE WILL DELIVER THE PROJECT 5 MONTHS EARLIER”

In his speech, KİPTAŞ General Manager Ali Kurt pointed out that they received 4 applications in 3 weeks for Silivri 40th Stage Social Housing, which they started to build at the beginning of the pandemic. Sharing the information that the project has an investment cost of 392 TL, Kurt said, “Our project was a project that had to be completed in 310 months, even in an environment where all the conditions were met and there was no setback. We are going through a very difficult economic period as a country. Due to the meaningless fluctuations in the currency, unfortunately, we are making a very serious effort to complete our construction rapidly under pandemic conditions, in an environment where the supply chain has almost come to a standstill. In such a period, it is a special honor for us to deliver a project of this size 24 months earlier than the normal time due to the pandemic, in this difficult period of the country." After the speeches, İmamoğlu, Küçükçekmece Mayor Kemal Çebi and Kurt held the first drawings in the presence of a notary public.

DESIGN AWARDED PROJECT IN THE “ARCHITECTURE” CATEGORY

For KİPTAŞ Silivri 13th Stage Residences, the foundations of which were laid on June 2020, 32, consisting of 1.446 blocks and 4 independent units, 1.396 beneficiaries will get their homes in the presence of a notary public by drawing lots to determine the flats. In the project; There are 474 2+1 open kitchens, 702 2+1 closed kitchens, 220 3+1 flats, 1.396 shops above the street and 50 nursery. KIPTAS Silivri 1th Stage Residences, which promise a comfortable life with high quality materials, sustainable landscape area, playgrounds and handicapped roads; Thanks to the devoted efforts of KİPTAŞ, the productions were carried out meticulously and quickly and reached the stage of completion. Within the scope of IDA – International Design Awards 4, the only project from Turkey to receive an award in the “Architecture” category was KİPTAŞ Silivri 2020th Stage Residences.
