In the event organized with the Guide Dogs Association, the place and awareness of guide dogs, the most loyal companions of the visually impaired, in the society and their reflections in the lives of the disabled will be explained. The Metropolitan Municipality, which started the “My Hand in You Project” aiming to develop the sense of empathy in the society, continues to bring together volunteer youth and children from different cities of Turkey, as well as the districts of Izmir, with this project that sets an example for Turkey.
