  • 20 November 1925 Yahşihan-Yerköy (115 km) line and Yerköy station were opened.
  • The line started from Fevzipaşa on 20 November 1935 and reached Diyarbakır. Speaking at the opening, the Deputy of Nafia Ali Çetinkaya said, “The integration of our citizens with each other in terms of railways is the most important agent that will ensure national unity and culture.”
