At the meeting; New member candidates to be approved at the UIC General Assembly meeting also took part as observers and introduced their institutions. United Arab Emirates Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MOEI), Isfahan Kafriz Research Center (Iran), and Saudi Arabian General Transport Authority (TGA) are candidates for membership.
