Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality removed one of the most important safety signs on the roads, which were deformed for various reasons, and installed new ones.
Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality, Transportation Department Traffic Services Branch Office is renewing the traffic signs that ease the traffic flow in the city, on the other hand, it also carries out signage work on the newly opened roads.
Within the scope of the signage works, the teams, which continued the signing works on the newly opened, widened or asphalted roads, especially on the main arteries, at 330 different points, completed the installation of 87 direction signs at 1400 junctions.
The directional signs of historical and touristic places, provinces, districts, highway directions, public institutions, service buildings, whose visibility is reduced and deformed by various environmental effects, were replaced with new ones, and long-lasting signs made of reflective materials were installed in such a way that drivers can easily see them day and night.
