Izmir Metropolitan Municipality continues to support books all over Turkey. The Metropolitan Municipality sent approximately 58 books to 30 cities and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in three years to be delivered to those who need the book. President Soyer said, “We do not want anyone to be left without access to the book. We will continue to deliver books to everyone who needs books for generations who read and for a bright future.”
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality continues its efforts to develop reading habits and facilitate access to information. In line with the demands of the Metropolitan Municipality, associations, schools, prisons and non-governmental organizations, 58 thousand 30 books were delivered to 500 provinces of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in three years. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Tunç Soyer said, “We do not want anyone to be left without access to the book. We will continue to deliver books to everyone who needs books for generations who read and for a bright future.”

Metropolitan Municipality since 2019 Hakkari, Kütahya, Şanlıurfa, Batman, Sivas, Aydın, Manisa, Tokat, Hatay, Adıyaman, Niğde, Düzce, Ağrı, Mersin, Balıkesir, Erzurum, Mardin, Muğla, Afyon, Bingöl, Karabük, Adıyaman , Kahramanmaraş, Erzincan, Antalya, Eskisehir, Tunceli, Tekirdag, Bolu, Sirnak, Istanbul, Diyarbakir, Kayseri, Van, Siirt, Bartin and Amasya, Cyprus, Trabzon, Kirsehir, Elazig, Uşak, Yozgat, Van, Osmaniye, Ağrı, Bitlis He delivered books to Gaziantep, Kocaeli, Denizli, Antakya, Giresun, Çorum, Bursa, Ankara, Artvin, Muş, Çankırı and Bilecik.
