Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Rectorate, to be employed as Contracted Personnel in the university units in accordance with the paragraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 to be covered from the Special Budget revenues, attached to the Decree dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754, dated 28.06.2007 and numbered 26566. According to paragraph (B) of additional article 2 in the Principles Regarding the Amendment of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel published in the Official Gazette, 2020 contracted personnel will be recruited for the positions stated below, based on the 105 KPSS (B) group score order.

1-To have the special conditions stated above and the general conditions specified in Article 657 of the Law No. 48.
2- Not getting pension or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.
3- To accept the condition of working at the hours (including night) to be determined by the management of the relevant unit, with a weekly working time not exceeding 40 hours for all positions, and not to have an obstacle to working in shifts.
4-Applicants must have taken the 2020 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS). 2020 KPSS-P94 for Secondary Education Graduates, 2020 KPSS-P93 for Associate Degree Graduates, 2020 KPSS-P3 for Undergraduate Graduates will be taken as a basis.
5-B) Pursuant to clause 5917, paragraph (A)47 of Article 5 of the Law No. 2, those whose contracts are terminated by resigning while working as 4-B Contracted personnel; They cannot apply before 1 (one) year has passed from the date of termination.
Candidates must apply in person to the Personnel Department, by filling in the Application Form at istanbulc.edu.tr and personel.istanbulc.edu.tr/ within 15 days (until the end of working hours) following the publication of the advertisement in the newspaper, along with the documents stated below. At the end of the application, the Public Personnel Selection Exam Results declared by the candidates will be confirmed by our OSYM Presidency. Applications of candidates who make false statements will not be accepted and action will be taken against them in accordance with the General Provisions. An application will be made by specifying the qualification code sought for only one position. If more than one application is made, both applications will be deemed invalid. Applications made by mail will not be accepted. Applications of candidates who delay the application date or whose qualifications are not suitable will not be processed.
