Domestic Firms Signed Mass Production Statement of Intent for Light Class SGA

At the signing ceremony within the scope of the Unmanned Land Vehicles and Military Robotic Technologies (IKA ART) event hosted by FNSS with its test site, a Light Class Unmanned Land Vehicle Mass Production Statement of Intent was signed between the Presidency of Defense Industries and Altınay, Arox, Elektroland, Esetron and HOYTEK companies. At the event, companies introduced flying SPGs, pistol SPGs and many different products with different mission loads.

During the event, light class SGAs demonstrated their capabilities by performing various tasks. Let's take a closer look at the vehicles in the exhibition area.

ESETRON

Dragon Light Unmanned Ground Vehicle

Weighing 6 kg, Ejder Light-SLA is commanded by a remote control unit with joy stick control. Achieving a maximum speed of 7 km/h, Ejder Light-SLA can overcome elevations of 17 cm width and 25 cm depth.

It was emphasized that the Ejder Light-SLA, which was reported to be able to move smoothly on 60% steep and 30% side slopes, and correct itself if it turns upside down, also has the ability to move in water at a depth of 10 cm.

Ejder, which can work continuously for 3 hours; LOS has a range of 500 m, NLOS has a range of 150 m. At the same time, it was stated that it is suitable for use inside the cave with its 100 m cable use, and it can activate the return-to-home mode in both uses.

Ejder Light-SLA, suitable for different payload designs, has a camera with 110 degrees horizontal and 90 degrees vertical viewing angles in addition to the LED and IR lighting system. In addition to image transfer, it can be used on the microphone for ambient listening.

GEKO Light Unmanned Ground Vehicle

Weighing approximately 1.5 kg, GEKO is an unmanned ground vehicle that can be thrown to a height of 20 m horizontally and 6 m vertically. In addition to its range of LOS 150m, NLOS 50 m, GEKO can also perform its task with a 3 m long lookout rod and 50 m hanging rope. It can move smoothly on 60% vertical and 30% side slopes, and can correct itself when reversed.

Kamikaze Light Unmanned Ground Vehicle

The explosive payload of the IGA, which weighs 15 kg and has a viewing angle of 120 degrees, provides convenience to the user as it is easily attached and detachable. Kamikaze IKA, with its LOS 200 m, NLOS 50 m or 100 m cable range, is within or outside the building, at a distance to ensure user safety by using the double-safe detonation mechanism.

KOMODO Light Unmanned Ground Vehicle

Weighing 4 kg, KOMODO is an unmanned ground vehicle that offers a wide variety of uses depending on the different payloads attached to it. The vehicle, which can be thrown to a height of 15 m horizontally and 6 m vertically, is controlled by a remote control unit.

Developed on the basis of the Ejder Light-SLA platform, KOMODO; It can stay stable on inclined surfaces that can climb stairs and can operate at a cable range of 150 m, NLOS 50 m or 100 m.

Attracting attention throughout the event, the "gun with gun" aims at the target with the support of the sight integrated into the camera after aiming at the target, and descends and rises if necessary, providing destruction with the horizontally positioned gun in the upper chamber.

AROX Information Systems

Flying ICA “MERLIS FCR360”

Flying ICA MELIS FCR360, which is surrounded by a cage protection system that provides rotation and climbing capabilities on the ground, can also perform reconnaissance / surveillance activities at a range of 2 km LOS during a 20-minute flight time, thanks to its shatter-resistant structure, thanks to its 3 m free fall referenced impact tolerance.

At the same time, the flying SGA can fly in 1 m/s wind with a take-off weight of less than 10 kg with its carbon composite structure.
