In order to increase naval activities in Ordu, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. The studies initiated under the leadership of Mehmet Hilmi Güler continue increasingly. The Metropolitan Municipality, which introduced water sports such as sailing and canoeing to Ordu, now makes the seas more active with boat production.
The Metropolitan Municipality, which not only introduces water sports to Ordu but also produces vehicles such as sails and canoes used in these sports, also carries out boat production studies that will make the seas more efficient.

The boats, designed by the engineers of the Metropolitan Municipality and produced by the masters who are experts in their fields, are made in the production facility in Fatsa district. The work followed by a special team from the first formation of the boat, that is, from the keel to the launching stage, also contributes to the emergence of a new business area in Ordu.
Going to the facility where the works are continued, the Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler met with the team, who is closely interested in the works. President Güler received information about the works from engineers and masters.

Making statements after the examination, the Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality, Dr. Mehmet Hilmi Güler said that they will contribute to employment as well as increasing their marine activities with the boats they design and manufacture.
President Güler gave the following words in his speech:
“We have surprises for the army and Turkey. We have established a nice team and we are creating brand new production areas. Composite structures come first. We manufacture boats here. We have started studies to increase our activities at sea with boat building, to contribute to employment with this, and to provide added value to Ordu by selling these products. We are now creating marine structures by expanding and diversifying the boats we built before. We are also considering mobile structures and even caravan works that our municipality and our city need. We design and manufacture our boats here. We have a study that aims to think, produce and compete. We will enrich Ordu with new products. Turkey will hear about Ordu a little more.”
The boat, which has been produced in two different models, will be put into service by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality to be used in all seas, especially in the Black Sea, after production.
