Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said, “Our domestic Covid-19 inactivated vaccine, TURKOVAC, has applied for emergency use approval as of today.”
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced that an Emergency Use Approval was applied for the domestic vaccine TURKOVAC at the Parliamentary Plan and Budget Committee, where the 2022 budget of his ministry was discussed.
Minister Koca stated the following in his budget speech;
Before I start my speech, I would like to give an important good news for our nation. TURKOVAC, our domestic COVID-19 inactivated vaccine, has applied for Emergency Use Approval as of today. I hope it will be widely used before the end of the year.
I wish our national vaccine, which is developed by scientists in our country and our country, at every stage, from cell to vaccine, to be beneficial and auspicious for our country, our nation and the whole world.
