Burulaş, who examined the mobile phone images and in-car camera images that fell on the social media, did not open the disabled ramp despite the precise instructions of the Metropolitan Municipality on this subject, kept a report about the driver who did not take the passenger and the disabled child into the vehicle, and sent him to the disciplinary body.
