IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu's wife Dilek İmamoğlu continued to support the 'Grow Dreams' project, which she started with the Istanbul Foundation, in the 43rd Istanbul Marathon of N Kolay. CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener, IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu and IMM's women administrators opened a banner with the inscription "Equal Education, Every Child's Right" on the 15 July Martyrs' Bridge.

Dilek İmamoğlu, who started the 'Grow Dreams' project with the Istanbul Foundation, was in the 43rd Istanbul Marathon of N Kolay to make the dreams of girls bigger. İmamoğlu, who came to the marathon with a special message for the country's biggest sports organization to allow girls to run freely for their future, CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener, İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu and IMM's female administrators with a banner that reads 'Education is the Right of Every Child'. Dilek İmamoğlu said, “Every child should have the right to equal education. It was a good marathon for us. I want to say that we are sending a beautiful message of unity. We should all be united. Turkey is ours. We should all lead our lives, our lives, in love and peace,” he said.

Noting that she is sensitive about gender equality in education, Dilek İmamoğlu said, “We started our 'Grow Your Dreams' project, which focuses on this issue, together with the Istanbul Foundation. We have published our 'Inspirational' steps book. With the income obtained from this book, we provide scholarships to our girls and work towards gender equality in education.”

OUR HIGHEST GOAL IS FOR OUR CHILDREN TO FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS

Stating that they aim to open student dormitories in the next steps of the project, İmamoğlu said, “Our biggest goal is for our children to follow their dreams freely. The steps we take here will help us reach more donors and more children. I would like to remind once again that all our children have the right to equal education, regardless of boys or girls.
