Vosvos Graffiti Colors The Walls Of Ordu

The empty walls on the routes leading to important tourism points, especially the Black Sea Coastal Road in Altınordu district of Ordu, are colored by the works of Ordu Metropolitan Municipality. 52 vosvos graffiti drawn by 52 different artists will create a visual feast on the walls of Ordu.

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, which gives importance to architectural and artistic touches that will promote Ordu on national and international platforms, and beautifies the districts with projects suitable for urban aesthetics, has started a graffiti work where festivals are held on the blank walls in important points of Altınordu district and 'vosvos' images that are identified with Ordu will be featured.

52 DIFFERENT VOSVOS IMAGES FROM 52 DIFFERENT ARTISTS

Within the scope of Ordu Metropolitan Municipality's “52 Vosvos Together on the Walls of Ordu” project, 52 different vosvos images, prepared with the contributions of Artist Uğurcan Ataoğlu and drawings by 52 different artists, will decorate the empty walls on the roadside. The best examples of graffiti art will be exhibited with the project where artists from Ordu do their painting work.

ROADSIDES WILL TURN INTO A VISUAL FEAST

A total of 17 colored Vosvos Graffiti works, 15 from the Bozukkale location on the Black Sea Coastal Road in the Altınordu district, 10 to the Kirazlimanı Location, 10 across the Wharf and 52 to the Boztepe road, will be applied. With all these works, a visual feast will be presented to local and foreign tourists and citizens of Ordu on the roadside.

After the works, which are planned to be completed in a short time, the walls of Ordu will be colorful.

WALL ART “MURAL” ATTRACTED ATTENTION

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality brought art to the streets last year and applied the 'Mural' technique, which is a branch of wall art. The blank walls of some buildings in the important arteries of Altınordu district are decorated with huge paintings, and the works applied on the walls of three different buildings with the project implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality attracted great attention.
