Vat Energy prepared a Compressor Waste Heat Project for Ülker's factory in Ankara. Within the scope of the project, 240.000 kcal/h energy savings will be achieved and the project payback period will be 1,9 years.
VAT Energy started the compressor waste heat project at Ülker Ankara Plant. With this project, Vat Energy will enable the facility to reach a much more efficient production facility. By making use of the waste heat of the compressors, the process water will be preheated. With this project, it is aimed to achieve a total energy saving of 240.000 kcal/h. The payback period of the project is calculated as 1,9 years.

Making a statement on the subject, VAT Energy sales manager Gökay Çomoğlu said, “Ülker Ankara Plant is a company with a high energy efficiency awareness. We are very happy to be working together on this special project. Another important aspect of this project is that it is done with a VAP application. Thus, 30 percent of the investment cost will be received as grant support. Our projects will continue at Ülker Ankara Plant. I would like to thank all our officials who contributed.”
