According to the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia, from October 1, the official in Viber and Telegram sohbet started selling all long-distance train tickets on its robot.
The chatbot has the functions of buying and returning tickets, ordering food during the trip, viewing the timetable, informing about the arrival, train delay, status monitoring. There is also an online scoreboard of seven train stations in the country: Kiev, Odessa, Dnipro, Lviv, Kharkov, Krivoy Rog and Kovel.
