Havza District of Samsun Gets a 5-Storey Mechanical Parking Lot

5 percent of the 36-storey mechanical parking lot construction built by Samsun Metropolitan Municipality in Havza district has been completed. Stating that they have carried out many projects to relieve urban traffic, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said that the car park with a capacity of 340 vehicles will be put into service in May 2022.

The investments made by the Metropolitan Municipality to solve the traffic problems in the center and districts of Samsun are rapidly increasing. 5 percent of the 340-storey car park with a capacity of 36 vehicles, the foundation of which was laid in Havza district by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank, was completed last July. The parking lot, built on an area of ​​5 thousand square meters, will be opened in May 2022.

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said that they have carried out many projects to ease the urban traffic and that the parking lot projects will make a great contribution to this. President Demir said, “We are building parking lot projects both in the city center and in our districts. Havza is one of them. Hopefully, our multi-storey car park will be completed in a short time and will be at the service of our citizens. This is an area with heavy traffic flow. Our car park, which will have a capacity of 340 vehicles, will reduce this congestion and give a sigh of relief.”

President Mustafa Demir, who also gave information about the system of the car park, which was built on an area of ​​​​5 thousand square meters, said:

The vehicle is parked on a platform fully automatically. In this way, users do not have to search for a parking space.
