The intensity experienced due to new discounted Eskart applications at BİLEM will be resolved with cooperation. ESTRAM officials, who met with Tepebaşı Municipality and Anadolu University in order to eliminate the victimization experienced by students, will serve at the new box offices to be opened in Tepebaşı Municipality 19 Mayıs Youth Center and Anadolu University Student Center.
With the opening of the schools, the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality BİLEM was busy due to the discounted Eskart applications and visa procedures of the students. ESTRAM authorities, stating that more than 3 discounted Eskart transactions are carried out per day, made card application and visa transactions at the newly opened counters at Tepebaşı Municipality 19 Mayıs Youth Center between 8.00 and 20.00 on weekdays and between 8.30-16.30 at Anadolu University Student Center. It started to take effect from October 5th. ESTRAM General Directorate thanked Anadolu University and Tepebaşı Municipality for cooperating with Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality to eliminate the grievances that occurred due to the intensity experienced and wished the students success in the new academic year.
