The share of mortgaged sales in total house sales was 20,2%. Mortgaged house sales in the January-September period, on the other hand, decreased by 64,3% compared to the same period of the previous year and became 181.

Buca ranks first in house sales

In the districts with a population of over 150 thousand and a high number of house sales, the highest number of house sales in İzmir was realized in Buca in September 2021. In September 2021, 1 069 houses were sold in Buca, while 834 houses were sold in Buca. Karşıyaka, Bornova with 691 house sales, Menemen with 688 house sales, Karabağlar with 655 house sales, Torbalı with 650 house sales, Çiğli with 604 house sales, Konak with 523 house sales and 309 house sales Bayraklı followed.
