According to the "Principles on Employment of Contracted Personnel", which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754 on the employment of contracted personnel, in accordance with the paragraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, to be employed in the units affiliated to Gaziantep University, 2020 Based on the year KPSS (B) group score ranking, contracted personnel will be recruited to be employed in accordance with paragraph B of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 without a written or oral interview.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES TO APPLY
A-Candidates who will apply are required to meet the conditions regarding education and the general conditions set forth in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
B- Applications of those whose employment contract was terminated by our institution while they were working in our institution, and those who resigned voluntarily will not be accepted.
C- 2020 KPSSP3 for undergraduate graduates from KPSS (B) group exams, 2020 KPSSP93 for associate degree graduates, and 2020 KPSSP94 score for high school graduates.
D- Applications of those who are found to have made false statements during the application and procedures and those who do not submit the required documents after the application will be deemed invalid and their contracts will be canceled even if they have been made.
E- Our university has the right to cancel and/or make changes at every stage of the announcement when necessary.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1- Candidates who will apply must have all the required qualifications opposite the qualification code they applied for and must document this.
2- Having taken the KPSS exam, KPSSP3 for undergraduate level, KPSSP93 for associate degree level, KPSS94 score for high school level will be taken as basis. Candidates' KPSS score must be in accordance with the education requirement sought in the posting code applied for.
3- Not receiving any retirement or old age pension from any Social Security Institution.
4- Pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, “in case the contracted employees terminate their contracts by their institutions due to breach of the service contract or terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers Decision, from the date of termination, they cannot be employed in contract staff positions of institutions unless one year has elapsed.” Applications will not be accepted pursuant to this provision.

APPLICATION FORM, PLACE AND TIME
1- Applications will be made to the Personnel Department of our University in person or by mail, within 15 days (until the end of working hours) following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette.
2- Candidates will apply by specifying the qualification code for only one title. If an application is made to more than one qualification code title, both applications will be deemed invalid.
3- Applications to be made by mail must reach the unit to which the application will be made by the deadline. Our University is not responsible for delays in the mail.
4- Candidates will apply for only one title. In case of applying for more than one title, both applications will be deemed invalid.
