Bornova Municipality organized earthquake training for primary school students. The presentation by writer and trainer Ayfer Demirtaş, in which she explained the precautions to be taken before and during the earthquake and what to do after the earthquake, was held at the Atatürk Library. After the training, an interview was held on the book "Underground Monster" by Demirtaş.
Chairman İduğ: “We provide life-saving trainings”
Stating that earthquake training is of vital importance in terms of preventing possible loss of life, Bornova Mayor Dr. Mustafa İduğ said, “In order to survive possible earthquakes with the least loss of life, individuals from all age groups should take precautions. For this reason, we introduce our children to the reality of earthquakes through education and teach them the precautions to be taken. We provide life-saving education to our children,” he said.
