STEAM EQUIPMENT IS ALSO USED
Cleaning teams of EGO General Directorate Metro Operations Branch regularly; It continues its hygiene work late at night in waiting areas, including subway stations entry points, turnstiles, escalators and billboards.
In addition to general cleaning, the teams, which started cleaning with steam equipment indoors and outdoors, aim for the citizens of the Capital to travel safely and healthily.
DETAILED WINTER CLEANING WILL CONTINUE AT ALL STATIONS
Expressing that their priority as the EGO General Directorate is public health, Yurtalp Erdoğdu, Head of the Department of EGO General Directorate, spoke as follows about the extensive cleaning works:
“Before the approaching winter season and especially with the opening of universities, our passenger density reaches a high level. In addition to the periodic cleaning works, we also started our detailed winter cleaning and disinfection works. Our work will continue at stations throughout the city.”
