Instead of arranging documents on paper with e-Document applications; The process of organizing, storing and presenting in electronic environment is started. Taxpayer institutions that will implement the e-Foreign Exchange Purchase and e-Foreign Exchange Application must be prepared for this electronic process within the next three months. The e-Currency Purchase-Sale Document to be issued in paper form must be signed and delivered by the authorized institution with a stamp and wet signature. In addition, it is obligatory to keep the copy of the authorized institution in an electronic environment, signed with an electronic certificate. Another important issue is the statement made by the GİB; It was stated that in order to query and verify documents electronically, it is obligatory to have "data matrix" or "barcode" on the documents. In addition, on September 29, 2021, "e-Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Document Technical Guide" was published by the GİB.
